• The speakers use a standard headphone jack (like any Phone requires). As long as your TV or device supports the small headphone jack then these will work for you.

• It has a standard Aux connector, like the ones on headphones. If your TV has that connector, then yes. However, most TVs do not have that connector. These are pretty much computer/music player speakers.
