“I just bought a new laptop and unfortunately I can no longer plug my speakers with round heads. I need speaker/s that is plug and play. For some reason I cannot get my Tribit speaker to pair with my laptop but can with my Samsung tablet.”

• Try turning the Bluetooth off on your Samsung, then try pairing new device on your new computer! I hope this helps!

• Hey there Speaker! These speakers that you are on should work fine with your laptop or tablet, provided you have an AUX port on both devices. If you don't you're going to have to find a set of speakers with USB input rather than Auxiliary. -Weston from Logitech
