• I would assume so if your Xbox has an audio jack. But I’m not sure if Xbox runs the software capable of supporting external speakers other than -optical- and -hdmi-

• Directly? No. The speakers have a basic 3.5 mm stereo plug, so you’ll need a converter or adapter of some type to go between them and the Xbox’s optical or HDMI output.
