Hello Drusiph, A popping noise from the subwoofer indicates a power mismatch in the circuit. The popping noise occurs as the amplifier tries to produce more voltage than it can to meet the demands of the subwoofer. A power mismatch is not the only issue that causes a popping noise from the subwoofer. The noise may also be due to loose connections in the circuit. If this noise persists, than please visit this link: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055951254-Warranty-Z407-Bluetooth-Computer-Speakers-with-Subwoofer-and-Wireless-control. This is the link to the 1-year limited hardware warranty that the Z407 comes with. Hope that this helped and that all is going well. Best Regards, Richard from Logitech
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a recursive issue amongst the product. I started experiencing the same issue yesterday and I returned the system to exchange for a different one. Unplugging the system from power for a second is a temporary fix, but my concerns for the longevity of the system led me to replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My sub hisses when I come back to play music after idle time. I have to unplug the sub and plug it back in to get it working again. Really annoying. Probably going to have to return these as it seems like a product defect. Should have known not to buy Logitech again after my z623 speakers died in a little over a year. Sound systems are not Logitech's strong suit it seems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does this sometimes. Haven't found a reason/solution, though it does seem to stop after a while.
