How many watts not at peak in general null

Interesting question. I have a sound blaster external sound card. I have so many ways to produce more watts with it, it is difficult to answer scientifically, but without boosting all the tweaks to get more volume, I run at between 10-30%. Some recordings or audio situation require more volume and it's there if needed. The amount of sound is not the issue with those speakers
