“I have a sound system that is about 20 y o.. It crackles when adjusting the sound on the wired control which I am told happens with older models. The wired control also allows me to increase/decrease the bass. How do I control the bass with this model?”

There is no way to control just the bass on this unit. You can adjust the volume with the “puck,” but nothing else can be adjusted. You may be able to change the bass a little by going into your speaker mixer through the computer screen, but that is the only way that you may be able to change it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's a slider on the left side of the volume control. It's a great unit. I was disappointed with the bass at first, but forgot that subs usually have to break in. In the next couple days it was BOOMING. Ha. You'll enjoy it I think.
