• On the vol + and - side there is center button, when calls come through via mobile phone Bluetooth connection -press the button and you should be able to answer the call.

• I also work for the government and i can not get it to answer calls. I have tried everything connecting with the usb, connecting wireless via bluetooth. My company computer will not allow any software downloads. I really need to be able to answer/end calls from the headset. If anyone has any insight on how to bypass / fix this. Please tell me

• The headset answers MS Teams calls easily. As to connecting, I use it with my company issued laptop, very easy to connect.
