• It halfway works with this setup. The answer button does not work on headset with Cisco. My mic is mumbled also.

• Hello, The Zone 900 should work with your Cisco IP Communicator as you use it with your Dell computer. As long as you're able to get the headset connected to your computer, it should work with whatever applications you use.
