“What chimes is this compatible with? Do I have to remove my diode? It’s not working on my electronic chime. When I remove the diode the chime keeps ringing and the lorex does not work. When I leave the diode the lorex does not work.”

Add the doorbell “chime kit” even though the stupid instructions tell you not to when you have an electronic doorbell. Remove the diode and your doorbell will work.
