• The light needs to be on at all times to power the camera. Camera's own lightbulb does not need to be on for the camera to record, the light is independent and is controlled via app. Subscription is not required, it can be used with SD card for local storage (SD card needs to be purchased separately). Camera is compatible with Alexa.
