You can either set the system to overwrite old files after it's full or you can format the SD card. To format the card, insert it into the receiver, press the menu button and move the joystick to select "settings", then select "format Memory", press Yes to the confirmations then when you are finished, press the menu button repeatedly until all menus are closed.
