QuestionCan you add a booster antenna to the receiver?I have an existing 4 camera Lorex wireless setup,with 7" tablet. I was sold by tech support (2) booster antennas for cameras and tech support said also receiver. This isn't true for there is no hookup on receiver. Can I use this antenna for,the receiver of this product?

QuestionWIFIDoes the base station need to be hardwired to the modem or can a USB WIFI adapter be purchased? Also, how long are the power cords and would they be able to plug into an extension cord if needed?

- Answer No, this base does not have any wifi capabilities and it does need to be used with an ethernet cable.

- Answer Hello, The max range is up to 450', however this range can vary greatly depending on your specific installation environment (number of walls and surfaces the signal needs to pass through, building materials and type - for example, the signal will not pass through metal objects, etc.) Thanks, Lorex
