“If I am running the cable 180 feet underground, what cable do you suggest, Cat 5e...Cat 6...or..Cat 7, and should it be outdoor cable, and should it be in pvc pipe for protection. I don't want any problems later on.”

Cat 7 if possible but anyone can work and I'll put it I a PVC pipe just in case anything goes wrong
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Cat 5e will work just fine, will notice no difference in speed between cat 5,6,7. The cameras and nvr are not yet capable of utilizing the speed/bandwidth cat 6 and 7 are rated for. Use cat 6 and you will be fine for the next 20 years.
