Yes, you can setup an external IP address to view the footage. You can also setup a free account with Lorex and they will give you a url to visit to view your footage. The free version is for a couple days. The subscription levels can get you months of cloud storage. You can use either the iPhone app or android app. I like this app since I can setup live notifications when motion is detected.
