QuestionI bought these cameras in November and the picture itself is amazing but at night the picture gets real blurry when a car drives by I called lorex but no help there if I cant figure this out I'll just have to return them can you please help me

- Answer If you switxh from 4k to 2k it gets a little better but there will still be ghosting. The other issue is the infared they stopped turning on regardless of Lorex support troubleshooting. They will be sending me a new NVR, if this does not fix the issue, they will be replacing the entire unit.

QuestionDoes this system have any ability to upload events to a cloud platform, either paid cloud or something similar to what the SWANs have with drop box integration? Thanks

- Answer Thank you for submitting your question about this product. The specification for PoE recommends a maximum of 320-325ft. You may however put a PoE switch in between to extend the distance. The Lorex Customer Service Team

QuestionWhat is the length of the included cable? What is the maximum length of cat 6 cable? What compatible, preferably 500 feet lengths do you recommend?

- Answer Surprisingly, this cable lengths for each camera were 100ft. I read a review somewhere which said 60ft, I think. But no, the actual cable lengths were happily 100ft in length; should suffice for nearly any home coverage you can think of.
