Some time, when change resolution in the settings, it goes black and not able to see anything. I had that issue gone black after change to a 4K Resolution on a old screen and end up remotely connecting to the IP address of the DVR, using Internet Explorer 11 to change back to LOWER Resolution to able to display on the screen next to the DVR. DON'T let no-one remote on your desktop - they can articulate the issue instead, so you can do the changes yourself. - get you a savvy person if you dont understand the techky lingo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have the system hooked up to a wide screen monitor as there is an arrow in the bottom right corner that will not show up on the screen if the system thinks you are hooked up to a non-widescreen monitor. I had this exact problem, but once I hooked it up to a normal monitor instead of my projector the arrow showed up and I was able to proceed through the setup wizard. I really hope Lorex thinks about where they put this continue arrow in future systems, :)
