I have a 3 second delay over my cellular data
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would look at the internet data / speed plan you have on your house or where ever the camera is located first. At your camera location, I would use something like 'speedtest.net' or some other app that would tell you what your WIFI speed is while being connected to the same WiFi network as your camera while viewing the camera's images. Usually it's the upload speed or intermittent lack of WiFi signal at the camera location that causes slow down or jerky images. Since you don't have the issue while you are using WiFi network at the camera location, I would suspect your internet Upload speed may be the issue from your ISP. Being on the same network on WiFi as your camera is more of a bridge type connection rather than an internet / ISP connection. It also could be insufficient signal at the camera location or adjacent WiFi channel interference creating 'noise' thus causing the camera to resend data packets. That same speed type test could also be used on your 4G / LTE network with your WiFi connection turned off during the test. Hope this helps helps out
