“Connection failed Downloaded App to my Galaxy S5 phone and it worked great while at home. Now out of town,and no matter if I have a good WiFi connection or not, I'll I get is the notice "Connection Failed" "Online Quality Bad". So what do I have to do to receive my live pictures?”

Hi Billy, Please check that your internet connection where the unit is installed has a minimum upload speed of 1 MBPS (your ISP can help with getting you this information).
