• It'll hold the body and one of the lenses; not both. It holds the body + EF-s 18-55mm easily (detached or attached). It'll transport the body + EF 75-300 if the lens is detached.

• This is a great camera bag but it will not hold your EOS and two lenses, especially the EF 75-300mm
