It has a built-in all weather (that's what the AW in the model name stands for) cover included that tucks in the bottom.

No cover. But I've had it out in damp conditions and light rain with no issue.

You mean does the Fastpack BP 250 AW (all-weather) II come with an all weather cover? As the item description on Best Buy’s site says, the backpack includes a built in all weather cover. It’s a great backpack BTW. Much better than the traditional camera bag I’d been using for years. Used it on my Caribbean trip several weeks ago.
