Yes, I used it as my carry on. It held my camera with two lensed and my laptop and personal items. it is a great bag.

I do believe it is small enough to be carried with you as a carry on. This one specifically looks like it can be put under your seat.

I do not know the exact dimensions, but I can safely say as a frequent air traveler this will comfortably fit either under the seat or in the overhead compartment of even the smaller ERJ aircraft.

You can definitely carry this on a plane. I have traveled with it a few times carrying all my gear (drone, camera, chargers, etc.)
