“I have a Sony a6000 and a Mavic drone. Could this backpack fit the camera, drone, controller and extra lenses and maybe battery's? Or would I need something bigger.”

Yes it will fit a basic mirrorless kit and drone kit. Globe trotting bliss.

I do not believe you will fit it all in this bag but I'm not familiar with that drone. It fit a dslr camera body, and 2 lenses only. The charger and small accessories fit in the small compartment on top.

The case compartments are 5 x 10 in inches and 9 x 10 in inches. It has two side pockets which could fit a lens each. The depth of the pack is 5 inches.

Not likely it fits tightly one dslr style camera and a lens but you must remove lens. Check the dimensions very small bag
