• The INSIDE length is 12.25" x 3.9" deep x 8.1" wide. I can easily get a Canon 70-200 mounted on either a R8 or 5D4. You will need to measure your long lens. Maybe store w/o being connected? But that would be a hassle, imho

• Yes. You can adjust the compartments inside, as the are moveable and attach with Velcro. You could set it up to do what you need and probably fit another prime lens and some other accessories.
