I don’t think so. I have a 10” tablet that fits in a case but there’s only a little room left. So maybe an 11” tablet not in a case would fit but I doubt anything bigger.

Yes, depending on you Ipad case. I have a slim case that includes an Apple pencil holder, and it fits. But since I have an extended battery pack on my camera both of them don’t fit at the same time unless I take my lens off.
