Hello there! These hearing aids are only available in pairs. One is able to wear a single unit, however to utilize the LucidShape feature in the Lucid Hearing App, both units must be worn. With LucidShape, the owner can manually configure the frequencies for desired listening experience while using the Lucid Hearing App. It does not require desktop software. Thank you!
