  • QuestionCan these be used for listening to music and answering calls as well? Is there an app that goes with these to adjust them to your hearing needs?

    Asked by gr8voice.

    • Answer gr8voice, the Enrich hearing aids are not Bluetooth hearing devices. If you are seeking an aid, in the same style, that is capable of listening to music and answering calls from hearing aid compatible cell phones, we would recommend the Engage Premium OTC hearing aids. • QuestionWhat is typical battery life?

    Asked by Mick.

    • Answer Mick, the size 10 battery, which is the battery size for the Enrich Pro ITC hearing aid, will last approximately 3-5 days. To ensure the longest life possible, after removing the tab from the battery, let the battery sit for about one minute prior to use. In addition, be sure to open the battery door when the aid is not in use.

  • Questioncan you adjust the volume? if so how?

    Asked by sophie.

    • Answer Hi Sophie, To change the volume press the grey toggle switch down on the hearing aid to decrease volume, and press up to increase volume. If you don't hear the tones, this indicates you have reached the maximum or minimum hearing volume level. Always be sure the volume is at a comfortable listening level.
