- Answer wear them anytime and for 15 minutes about. All i need. I use mine in the morning and evening. i feel light years better in this winter.

QuestionShould all 5 colors be viewed when using the Luminette? Is it true that blue light is therapy for SAD and red light is for sleep regulation? Why would the same 5 colors work for opposite disorders?
