A:AnswerIt works as a slave. Which means you’re gonna need to pop up your built in flash and when that fires, your lume cube fires as well. If you have a camera like mine does it have a built-in flash, then you need to flash on your hot shoe to fire your lume cube. It has an optical sensor that triggers it when it senses a flash firing. It works very well.
