• Yes it can! After some research and a phone call to the manufacturer I did find out it can be used on the face and chin.

• Yes,as long as it gets a good contact.Helpful to fill cheeks with air to make fullness&tongue i front of teeth to puff up bottom lip to get a good contact.Hold unit vertically .
