• You may have already found out, but water pressure forces the spring-loaded nozzle down from behind the guard when you activate it.

• You see the white part that hangs down? The zozzel pops out from behind that when activated and retracts back when not in use so it doesn’t get dirty

• It pops out from the bottom of the bidet, behind the nozzle guard, when you turn the water on. Make sure the dial is on, "Wash" and not, "Clean" since clean squirts straight down to clean the nozzle and the Wash option actually squirts at your bottom.

• The nozzle stays shielded and only opens when you activate the water flow.

• Its behind a small panel from where the nozzle comes out to spray.
