“I love my bidet, but I had to replace my toilet and with that, I had to have a plumber do the install. The problem is with the new toilet and toilet seat the new sear will not sit flush... Is there a trick to fix this? The seat will not sit flush.”

When I purchased mine it either came with the risers or you requested them online at no cost but I had to use them for the first one’s seat but not the second one I purchased because it’s a new toilet ( originally purchased the 120 now have the 180)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to use an elongated toilet seat. A round toilet seat will be too small and will hit the Bitdet in the back when you close the seat. The seat also should not be solid to give room for the bitdet when it is closed.
