• Yes, as the bidet mounts with the seat mounts the bowl shape does not matter.

• Yes. I have an elongated seat and it fits fine. They offer some pads if you have gaps after installation. They don’t come in the box though. You have to contact the manufacturer to have them send to you. They are free of charge I believe.
