• The difference between the two models is the shape of the water release valve. In the 180 one pulls up the valve to release and control the water pressure. In the 185 models, there is a knob instead and you increase the pressure of the water by turning the knob. Otherwise, the two units are the same.

• The 180 has a different type of handle. Other than that, both units come with metal installation pieces, a feminine wash, cleaning mode, regular wash and pressure selection.

• The model 185 has a water pressure controller. Model 180 does not have a water pressure control.
