“What’s the difference between this one and the Luxe bro 120?”

• It’s my understanding that the 120 has only a single stream whereas the 185 has two streams to choose from, one for the rear end and one aimed more to the front for the ladies. Other than that, they are identical.

• This one has two nozzles allowing for the feminine setting that washes the front as well as the back.

• the 120 only has the one spray for your behind (men and women) the 185 has an extra one just for women
