QuestionHow do you get the hot water?
- Answer You need to tap into your hot water pipe under your sink. It comes with a T-adapter and a good length of hose, but if your toilet isn't close to your sink, I don't recommend it.
QuestionI bought the 320 with hot water capacity. If I choose not to use hot water, do I have to bother hooking up to my hot water line, under the sink? Would it work the same as the 120, where only cool water shoots up?
- Answer Yes you can just set up the cold water only.
QuestionHow does this work with no electricity?
- Answer It uses the water pressure to activate the mechanical lever release. Just like the bathroom sink uses the water faucet.
QuestionCan this be changed to left hand use as well? It appears that it can only work on the right hand side
- Answer It only works on the right side. It is a single piece between the nozzles and the control.
QuestionDoes the water only hits your rear end
- Answer No, this model has dual nozzles so it has a female spray as well You just switch the control to female
QuestionWhat is the shape of the toilet seat .Is it round and compatible with regular round seat Do I have to run a wire or cable to the sink to activate the warm water ? Thanks
- Answer I have installed these on 2 round toilets. I don't think that really matters though. There is a line the diameter of an ice maker line that you would run to the sink for hot water. I did that in one restroom but just hooked that up to the cold water line in the other restroom. That way, in the winter, I have 10 feet of water at room temperature in that line and it's not just freezing cold water. I find that I don't use the hot water that often because you have to run the bidet on wash or turn on the hot water at the sink to give the hot water time to reach the bidet.. But the room temperature water is fine.
