“Where are the 16gb ram versions of all of these m1 macs?!”

• To my knowledge, most of the 16GB units had to be special ordered. I got one with only 8GB of ram with 512GB storage because it was available. The 16GB models don't seem to have been returned often as open box items like the 8GB have,

• You have to order those directly from apples website and choose the memory upgrade. Retailers only sell the 8gb ram models.
