There is version of Microsoft Office for Mac. Also Adobe Creative suite 2 is compatible with Mac.

With 8g of unified RAM this probably isn’t the best choice for doing Premiere//Photoshop/After Effects but at some level it will probably work - just not the best - for heavy duty graphics the new Mac Studio is probably better.

The Windows version of Microsoft will not install on a Mac computer. Adobe has had a Mac version of their software for years, so, yes, Adobe software products can be installed and will work on a Mac.
