• yes. you can upgrade , but you have to do it on apple website. go to www.apple.com and select mac and you can pick ram, storage , CPU, GPU , keyboard, mouse, trackpad.

• Check out the website. Usually best buy has only preconfigured macs but you can order configurable systems through apple

• That is not the ultra, that’s the M1 Max, but unfortunately you cannot upgrade that through Best Buy. If you want the M1 Max 32 Core GPU option, then you have to go through BHPhoto or Apple at this time.
