I would visit the Tech Support/Geek Squad at best buy to see if they can run some diagnosis. The team they have at best buy has helped me out countless times. Great service all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you notice it gets warm and fans don’t turn on there could be some kind of hardware issue, if you are still in the return period for Best Buy (two weeks for non-TotalTech members, 90 days for TotalTech Member) then I would bring it back here. If not, you’ll have to go through apple, but something like that should be covered by manufacturer warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have any sort of performance concerns especially concerning heat, you should bring it back to Best Buy. Heat especially can mean many different problems associated with the battery. If you have apple care with your protection plan you may need to go that route if you have exceeded the time frame of your return plan with Best Buy. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would return it for another one as you only have 13 days no questions asked return policy. After that I am guessing you better have purchased the Apple care. I would return it and just start new.
