A:Answer This computer is in stock in most locations, however with the price discount that they have it at, I wouldnt be surprised of it getting sold out soon. This is a great price for the specs you are getting. You should be able to change the keyboard/language in the settings. I would recommend asking the Tech team at bestbuy, they have been helpful everytime I visit.
