As far as I know, the Spanish key board is a special order, though I think it is better to keep the original key board and switch through languages where the Apple Mac will convert the key board accordingly to the language required. At the end, the use of the language will make you learn fast, the key board interpretation.

Yes, you can select the language of your keyboard on the Apple website. However, I don't think you can select the language of your keyboard on the Best Buy website.
