Will this work in a 2013 Chevy Silverado null

I am guessing the am antenna end that plugs into the back of a radio is the same for all brands of radios so then it will work. I needed a longer cable then the SAT1 but unable to find an extension but found that the SAT 1 cables will connect together to make a longer cable. F
