I have multiple sonos systems in my home and can control them each individually through the sonos app on my phone. Sometimes I have my phone controlling a speaker in my area while the rest of the family listens to something else on the other amp and speaker combinations. While I don't have two of these systems, I would think they work similarly to the multiple sonos systems I have right now. If you want to be sure, I would recommend you reach out to Sonos directly to be sure, their support staff is great.

I’m thinking of adding another one of these around our pool deck area to go with the already installed MAG 4.1.
