“How does this work with frozen berries/fruit? Does it bog down or have trouble when blending with frozen ingredients?”

• You might have to stop and open it to push the unblended fruit around a bit so that it can get to the blades, but it does work. I mostly use mine for smoothies with frozen fruit and it works fine.

• We recommend crushed ice. If you use cubed ice or frozen fruit, make sure there is liquid (water/juice) inside cup so it will breakdown and mix frozen ingredients better. You may contact our Customer Service Department at 855-346-8874 for assistance on using the product or warranty service. (Mon– Sun, 9am–8pm EST). You will be required to provide the barcode/serial number located underneath your Motor Base

• No. It powers Thru ALL Frozen Berries and Works AWESOME To Make Cold smoothies. I use frozen blueberries, strawberries and a 1/2 fresh banana and add liquid to mix with protein powder. Works great

• The motor is strong enough for frozen fruits and will auto shutt off if prolonged see instructions
