• Yes, there are also instructions in the manual on how to set the unit up for permanent installation as you would with a standard washing machine.

• Yes it can. I have mine hooked up to the bathroom sink I use only one hose for water intake I used the plug to close the other water intake. It comes with the adapter for the sink. And the hose that let's the water out I have it in the toilet. So I put the water warm hot or cold.
