I have a Magic Chef 3.5 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge model MCBR350W2. It says it frost free. Is it? Also can I lay it on it's side to transport? Thank You. STJ540 null

This model is not frost free. You can lay the unit on its side for transportation. Once you arrive to your destination, allow the unit to stand in its upright position for 4 hours before plugging it in.

I’ve had no frost. If it’s on its side then you need to make sure that it sits upright for many hours before you plug it in to start cooling.

Manuals for mini frigs say: if it’s must be laid down then LAY IT on its BACK if possible, preferably. 
Then once upright, you must wait to plug it in as long as it’s been laid on it’s side to let the oil drain back down into the compressor - or takes at 30 minutes minimum. 
or it could damage internal parts if turned on too soon
