I believe it is about 35 dollars a year, but you can buy multiple years for a slight discount.

$40/year which includes the equipment. Additional one time cost for adding emergency call feature which varies based on your city. You need to renew every year.

The cost of the equipment includes the first year of service - $35. After the initial year, the cost is $39/year or you can get a discounted rate for multiple years. The only other cost was the 911 service (determined by local requirements). My costs were $13.56 for the entire year billed for the entire year at one time. So far ... works as good as my Comcast internet based phone. Includes: Free Caller ID Free Voicemail Free Call Forwarding Free Call Waiting Free 411
