The MJ comes with a RJ11 phone jack that can be used to connect to any standard wired or cordless phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You plug the phone line in your home into the MJ. I have the phone line plugged directly into our wireless phone base, then the wireless phones in the home work. Sounds like for you, need to plug in the phone line in the wall that goes to your daughter's room into the MJ. I hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The MagicJack adapter has 2 connections - 1 for the network cable from the router and the other to the phone you wish to use with MagicJack. With a wireless phone, the phone can be in her room, unless it needs to be charged.
