Could this be used as a fax line? null

Yes! Having a fax line is the main reason I bought it. Works great!

It is a separate line. I don't believe you can use it if you have your fax machine and your phone line on the same circuit. You may want to give Magic Jack a call and ask them how to set that up (if it's possible).
