“I currently use a magicjack and have an existing magicjack phone number. I need to replace my magicjack as its getting lots of line noise while using it. Can I keep my existing magicjack number without incurring a additional charge? Thanks for helping.”

You will have to purchase a new magicjack. Then call them and they will transfer your existing number over to your new device for free.

Yes you can keep your number without extra charge. The new magic jack comes with 1 year paid subscription. If you have prepaid credit the year gets added to the remaining time

Absolutely. However the old device will be rendered unusable by the magic jack company. So you cannot use the old one as a back up. If you buy a new device from a retail outlet you get to transfer the service from the old device plus get 12 months free added to your account.
